Mindfulness Exercise: Boundaries Check-In

  • Before agreeing to anything, pause and take three deep breaths.

  • Ask yourself:

    • Does this align with my goals?

    • What will I need to sacrifice to say yes?

  • Practice responding with: “Let me check my schedule and get back to you.” Or, wait for it, use "No." as a complete sentence.
